Chiffon top

More chiffon clothes! This top is adorable. I bought this after Christmas and it goes well in the summer. I love the cutting and the light effect. The chiffon is obviously my favorite material during the summer.
I've had an odd positive mindset today (well, usually I'm pessimistic or at least the other people say so even though I consider myself realistic). However I've made some new future plans and the future looks much better now. There is coming the new winds possibly if everything goes like I've planned. I'm just that kind of person that I want to proceed in my life all the time otherwise I'll get bored and that doesn't know good. Recently my mind has been empty and I haven't had many future plans, but now when I have a goal where to aim at everything looks better.
Today I became inspired and so I grabbed a pen to my hand and here is the result:
The work has been made with markers.
I decided  not to go to Tuska festival this year. The weather is so wayward that I'm not so excited to attend there. A few days back I got all wet while coming home from the city. A cruel downpour surprised me and of course I forgot to take my umbrella. It's so cold that it would be boring to stand outdoors for hours especially if it rains.

Burger day

A few months back I sewed a bolero from the fabric which was laying in the closet for a small eternity. Material is a bit unusual to me and I considered for long what I should do with it. In the end I ended up this model which is very simple. Now there isn't any fastening in front, but maybe I could add a hook in case it's windy weather and I want to keep it closed.
Jacket: Diy, Dress: second hand, Shoes: Vagabond,
Bag: second hand, necklase: Etsy, Belt: second hand

Day's outfit
We headed to eat burgers to Pancho Villa today with my love . Pancho Villa is definitely one of my favorite diner place in this city. The menu includes veggie options and the food is tasty. I hadn't dined out for a long time so it was about time to fix this situation.

Cemetery hides its secrets

Yesterday was a long day for I traveled back to home city. The time hit 1.30 am when I stepped over a threshold of my flat. Travelling is fun, but it's also pleasing to sink into an own bed after drifting around the country. However I stop only for a moment when it's the time to keep going once again.
Monday's outfit: Chiffon dress which I bought a year ago, it's a second hand finding and very useful summer garment. Asymmetric cardigan is from Lindex and it's one of my favorite a piece of clothing. The shoes are new which I showed you already in a previous post.
We visited my favorite graveyard yesterday. An aim was to find a mystery tombstone which was reported in the news recently. The stone includes marks, but no one knows the meaning of them. It's not braille even if it looks like that. The stone is apparently Russian to judge by a cross and a skull. It would be tempting to solve the secret of the stone, but most likely it will stay under wraps forever. It's intriguing to think which kind of stories the gravestones keep behind while wandering in the paths of the cemetery.

Midsummer

Sunday's outfit. The shoes are new. I found these Vagabond's Florence wedges at a low price on Wednesday so it's needless to say that I had to add them to my collection. I love Vagabond. The shoes are expensive, but they are the good quality and comfy to wear. I looked on these already the last summer, but I didn't have the heart to buy them. Now when the price was only a half of original....
As I mentioned in my previous post, I arrived at Eastern Finland on Thursday to celebrate Midsummer. A train was completely full of people so I wasn't the only one who headed here. Tomorrow it's a time to return home and let's see when I'll be back again.

Midsummer was the coldest in years so we girls decided to stay in the city while the guys disappeared to the countryside. A cold and wet night in a tent didn't tempt at all so the night in the city fit me just fine. I have some pictures, but they are less and more printable so perhaps it's better to keep them secret. ;)

Friday 13th

Grey clouds conquered the sky, but that doesn't bother me. I spent a few sunny days outdoors by wandering in the forest and I also painted to earn some extra money for my coming summer adventures. I'll travel to eastern Finland the next week to celebrate Midsummer and then I considered to attend Tuska. Is anyone else going?
An outfit of a rainy day which happened to be Friday 13th and a full moon! What a lovely conjuncture and very rare such a thing. Nothing mischance happened to me if not count that I hit my forehead to the wall while waking up ;) That maxi skirt is one of my dearest a piece of clothing nowadays. Before I hated them, but my capricious mind turned. It's a casual summer garment and goes well with the different upper parts.

Green path

Outfit pics which were taken a few days ago
Shirt: Restyle / Skirt: Diy / Shoes: H&M / Necklace: Ebay
The green fresh nature looks so beautiful that I've spent for the last couple of days just hanging out in the open air and taking the pictures of plants. Greenery of early summer is definitely to my taste. I've considered again to create an account to flickr to introduce my pictures to people because now they are left just in my hard desk.

And I keep dreaming of a million things

An outfit of Thursday and Friday
I ended up purchasing this top nearly six months ago, but I haven't worn it until now.  I simply fell in love with a print so the top appeared into my closet. It's a nice and casual summer garment and goes well now when a thermometer is pointing too much to me.
It's again that time of a year when I'm staring at the pictures of Wave gotik treffen. My facebook wall is filled with them and I'd be lying if I said that I did not want to be there as well. Perhaps the next year then.
This weekend is arranged a new festival in Tampere, but unfortunately the band supply wasn't to my taste. Kind of a shame because I'd like to support the local events. But a good thing is that there is coming interesting gigs in the future like: Hocico, London After Midnight, Front Line Assembly etc.

Ps. If you want to follow me in Instagram, you will find me there: desperatehell. My profile was before private, but I decided to make it public.

She's the phoenix of my heart

Tuesday's outfit
Shirt: Restyle / Skirt: Second hand / Shoes: NewLook / Necklace: Ebay
On Monday afternoon I was wandering in the library and searching for something new to read (though I have a bunch of books at home). I bumped into this Neil Gaiman's novel The graveyard book and I started reading it immediately.
I visited a new flea market the second time the last week and I found these lovely shoes which cost only eight euros overall. In particular those wedges are to my taste and they were also comfortable to wear. Wedges are the brand of Spirit Store and those above are Tapas. I was so happy after seeing these that I floated back to home with a stupid smile on my face. Recently I've found much stuff from the second hand stores that maybe I should limit myself a bit.

And all I loved, I loved alone

And finally I introduce the frame which I bought from Ikea some time ago and also a painting which I painted in March. I've wanted this frame for years and only now I managed to get it. It's absolutely lovely and fits into my decor seamlessly. The frame was actually white but I painted it into black. And a few words about the painting. It's my first official acrylic piece so it's not perfect. Before I've used only the water colors which work totally different way. However I'm quite happy with the result.
I ordered a new wall print the other day. These text prints are quite nice details even if this text is a bit too cliche to my taste.
On Friday I sewed the new decor pillows. There can't be too many pads at my home.
The last few days have been filled with the things to do. On Friday I met for the first time my other half's mom (these situations are always so thrilling). We visited a restaurant in the downtown. The place was new to me and I surprised positively. The menu was filled with vegetarian options and it wasn't over expensive. Good thing is also that the place is situated close to my flat so I definitely visit there more often in the future.

On Saturday we went to the movies with Niina.  The film which we watched was Maleficent and we both liked it. I adore Angelina Jolie. She is absolutely one of the most beautiful female actors. After the film we headed to the bars for a few drinks.

On Sunday I managed to smash down my Internet USB stick. Fortunately I have the Internet connection on my phone and it can be shared. However I need to go to buy the new stick this week. I'm also sure that my laptop is going to die. This runs so slowly and yesterday there was problems with start-up. It's annoying that these machines don't work as a year or two.
